The location is excellent if just looking for somewhere close to the airport between overnight flights, otherwise it is too far from things to do (restaurants, beach etc). The transfer only takes 5 minutes ( book with the hotel $10 or take your chances with local taxi). The price is good value for money.
There is nowhere to eat and nothing to do in walking distance and the area is quite run down. That's fine though if you like us are only wanting somewhere as a short overnight stop to sleep. You basically get what you pay for and it was what we expected

Great location if you need to be close to the airport. We had a leak from the sink and they changed our room immediately. Staff friendly and helpful. Room fine.
We were not in the main building which was full, but in a characterless new building 30 secs away. Not terrible, but it was just a modern building, not Balinese in any way like the main one. Reception staff were not always at the desk and there was no bell, was more like a guesthouse in that sense. Didn't try in first room, but phone in second room did not work.

Super hotel! Great beds, bathroom, design, swimming pool. We where here for only one night, but it is a great place to stay longer!
Location very close to the airport, so that's perfect for us. But when you want to go to Kuta, than it's too far away.

Good value for money and good location near the airport.
Difficult to find due to very poor signage. A little disorganised at check in, first asking if i had booked 2 rooms, then giving me a twin instead of a double and then a room without a functioning TV. 3rd time lucky with a nice room. Wifi did not work.

taxi driver only knew "anita spa" - which turned out to be correct.

Great staff.
The staff were very friendly and cannot be faulted, however, I had to kill at least 10 mosquitoes before I could go to bed and the television was poor quality and the batteries in the remote near empty. It was certainly a "no-frills" establishment. Fine for 8-hours of sleep but I would not have wanted to stay for a second night.

All the staff were extremely helpful and accomodating, able to provide phone chargers and travel adapters as I had forgot to bring them, and also driving me to the police station when I left my phone in a taxi
Everything was faultless

Close to airport.
Difficult to find and taxis have similar prices to get to Kuta hotels. Smelly room and partially refurbished (not the bathroom).

- very close to the airport, ideal for a few hours or night before transfer - small swimming pool for a last swim - cheap
- mosquitoes - no room service

Very friendly and helpful staff.
It would be nice to have a balcony or a place to sit outside the room.

The staff, Mr. Supri was very kind and helpful. It was a clean and comfortable hotel.
I couldn't pay the bill by credit card, which turned out to be very inconvenient. My taxi driver had trouble finding the hotel. There weren't any signs on the main street, and the map wasn't very helpful either.
